I’m a Wellness Practitioner and Facilitator who helps people feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in their lives and work.

People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or unsure of their next steps, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Through individual sessions, group experiences, and workplace wellness offerings, I provide supportive, accessible practices that help restore balance, clarity, and confidence.

Clients often leave feeling centered, aligned, and ready to move forward with more ease.

Alongside holistic and intuitive practices, I facilitate workplace wellness programs supported by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. This allows me to bridge compassionate care with trusted, evidence-based approaches.

My work is rooted in integrity, accessibility, and respect for each person’s unique experience.
